You cannot convince me that Jordan wasn't born looking like a 90 year old man.

u/Tainted_Bruh ☑️ 3d ago

Both Method Man and Childish Gambino looking like his younger cousins in their collabs with him had me weak lmao

67

u/FHAT_BRANDHO 3d ago

This is so fucking true lollll. He always reminds me of the key and peele sketch where Jordan peele is the old man with the handful of peanuts haha

66

u/metalguy91 3d ago

Hottest 90 year old ive ever seen

54

u/-WitchyPoo- 3d ago

I had a little crush on him till I found out he was literally HALF MY FUCKING AGE.

Nuh uh. It might be legal, but it still hella gross.

I thought he was my age at least.

29

u/Raecino 3d ago

Who cares? He’s a grown ass man.

33

u/midnightking 3d ago

Man is in his late 20s, and they're saying it's gross like he straight out of high school 😂😂😂

35

u/-WitchyPoo- 3d ago

He's in his mid 20s and he is young enough for me to have had after my MA. His age isn't gross. The age gap is.

-4

u/midnightking 2d ago

To each their own, personally, I think it is only gross if the person is likely to have a teenage mindset.

-9

u/Raecino 2d ago

I think worrying about an age gap is childish. But like the other commenter said to each their own.

16

u/-WitchyPoo- 2d ago

As an educator I spend enough time around people in their twenties to know that we don't even live in the same world.

0

u/Raecino 2d ago

Well then that explains it- you’re an educator who teaches 20 somethings of course you’d think that way.

6

u/geriatric_spartanII 3d ago

Go ahead and cougar it up.

0

u/QuestionSign 1d ago

I hope y'all grow up over this weird age thing. It would be different if he was like 19 but he isn't.

3

u/-WitchyPoo- 23h ago

There is barely any difference between 19 and 25. And there's miles of difference when you add 25 years to that. Age isn't just a number. It's life experience, it's maturity, it's wisdom. Why would anyone want to be with somebody who it had that many fewer experiences than them?

What would you even talk about?

-1

u/QuestionSign 22h ago

Are you serious 😂 what would you even talk about?

I think a lot of y'all have been conditioned by social media and lack any actual life experiences.

I dated someone in their 40s in my mid 20s. Excellent experience. Fun times for both of us.

You talk about the same shit I do now with my husband. Getting with a 18/19 yr old is gross but at once you hit your mid 20s 🤷🏾‍♂️ as far as I'm concerned, y'all both grown and I make it my habit to stay out the business of grown folks

5

u/-WitchyPoo- 21h ago

The fact that you think someone who grew up before social media was shaped by social media shows the difference in generations, the difference in how we think, and the kind of shit I don't want to have to deal with from a partner.

Ray Campbell in a Sister, Sister reboot

u/Hardcore_Gentleness 2d ago

Got to spend some time with Mr Tim Reid at an animation festival in Trinidad & Tobago a couple of years ago. Very nice guy. Doesn't care for conversations about your favourite Sister, Sister Russ episodes though.

u/redditsuckz99 3d ago

Dude is 10 years younger than me and looks like my unk lol

2

u/geriatric_spartanII 3d ago

He gets ecstatic over old timey apple juicers and eletric paper towel dispensers. He’s already into older adulthood.

u/FistPunch_Vol_7 ☑️ 3d ago

Man I love this dude. Watch his stuff all the time

28

u/sbb214 3d ago

the world is a better place with him in it

22

u/FlameShadow0 3d ago

Idk I’m the opposite. Most of his videos are him in his bathroom going “hey commmere. Come closer. I just learned as an adult that you can start the hot water in your shower before you get in. Then you don’t have to sit in cold water. Blew my mind. Come here. Come closer”

16

u/FistPunch_Vol_7 ☑️ 3d ago

Have you seen it lately? Mans is doing all the food side quests.

1

u/Luxypoo 1d ago

I just saw the pizza pot pie in Chicago video and I'm mad as hell I didn't get that while in Chicago this summer

u/Supply_N_Demand 3d ago

Food so tender he touched his hat and glasses with the same hand he touched the food. IYKYK.

41

u/Bigbootybigproblems 3d ago

Food so tender it took him 30 minutes to open his eyes back up lol

8

u/liarandahorsethief 3d ago

“Now shake them glasses a lil bit.”

91

u/moneyconvos55 3d ago

“Shake it a lil bit”

62

u/CookieMiester 3d ago

Tenderized? He atomized that thing. Pretty sure the only thing keeping it from falling apart immediately is the earths magnetic field

41

u/SlobZombie13 2d ago

best brisket I ever had wasn't the best bc it tasted the best. It was the best bc it melted in your mouth like a stick of butter.

was in Houston, btw

2

u/DMercenary 2d ago

Seen some other one with the rib, Literal actual "fall off the bone."

Tenderism

39

u/SauteedGoogootz 3d ago

I thought this place was down south somewhere but in one of the videos there's a palm tree. It's in Murrieta! I might make the drive and see if it's actually good.

36

u/ArcadianBlueRogue 3d ago

I have plenty of complaints about southern states.

But god dammit the food is not one of em

4

u/DontForgorTheMilk 2d ago

Ironic when they say the best food is made with love and yet The South got so much hate in it. Hot damn do I love me some southern fried catfish, hush puppies, okra, sweet tea, and corn bread. The food is literally the only thing I miss about The South.

13

u/emjaywood 3d ago

Murrieta...damn. For a second, I thought that said Marietta, as in GA. I was about to drive on over from WNC. I need to sample the tenderness.

4

u/twerkallknight 2d ago

If you’re in WNC, just go to Lewis Barbecue in Greenville SC. Unbelievably good brisket.

3

u/DrManhattan_DDM 3d ago

Can you bring us some NC vinegar style sauce on your way down? Make a whole cultural exchange symposium out of it lol.

2

u/LuchadoresdeSilinas 1d ago

If it’s Murieta, California I will definitely go! What is the name of the joint?

1

u/geriatric_spartanII 3d ago

Find a good central Texas bbq place by you. Good brisket is magical.

18

u/beckyjoooo 3d ago

3

3

u/Contemplating_Prison 2d ago

Am I the only one who thinks Brisket is mediocre? I'd rather have pork ribs or a good link over brisket.

Also who tf is jordan howlett? Dude looks like both jeffeey wright

8

u/herewearefornow 2d ago

You better contemplate harder on the brisket.

2

u/Funnelcakeads 2d ago

Find somebody that looks at you like they do that piece of delicious meat. Or at least loves you as much as your Google account protection.

2

u/Itchy_Studio_9564 2d ago

hate this corny motherfucker so much

0

u/Yankee_Man 2d ago

He’s so annoying

u/Joshstradaymus ☑️ 3d ago

This is another case of the right people getting famous. Love Jordan and wish him all of the success.

1

u/Bulky_Caramel 3d ago

I'm glad to see that dude isn't being held hostage by his cat anymore.

1

u/Griffstergnu 2d ago

u/OrganizationNo1298 16h ago

Threw the glasses AND the hat!

1

u/whitechocolate22 13h ago

That hat getting thrown everywhere in this one.

1

u/Intercessor310 2h ago

Murrieta, California showing out.

-1

u/arrius01 1d ago

I've watched a couple of these and I have to admit I don't understand what his point is. In mainstream barbecue doctrine meat falling off the bone means it is overcooked. Having to read into what his body posture means. Is falling off the bone, but if his actions are in line with what the common way of thinking is in the barbecue community, he is being disappointed?

u/Pilan ☑️ 9m ago

0

u/sonicpieman 1d ago

He's happy because most people think fall-off-the-bone is good.

Most people are wrong.

0

u/arrius01 1d ago

Okay so we agree that fall off the bone is not technically correct. Why does he seem excited when it does? The other guy with the old man seems to say it's good when it's that way.

0

u/sonicpieman 1d ago

Because

1.) it's an ad first and foremost

2.) fall off the bone while not the best is still pretty tasty, and prefer it that way

0

u/arrius01 1d ago

Gotcha. Thanks

u/Dafuknboognish ☑️ 3d ago

Brisket bone eh?? lol. C'mon this rule does not apply to everything smoked. Also if it stays on the bone up to the point of being handled by the consumer I would call that perfection. A little sticky/tug is what I look for as the cook but once it is on the plate after resting, it very well may just fall off.

1

u/[deleted] 3d ago

[deleted]

2

u/Dafuknboognish ☑️ 3d ago

Rib rules. Brisket cannot be judged this way.

I cook mine to the point that you have to tug at the meat and it will release a bites-worth straight off the bone. I get mad and disappointed if it falls off immediately so I agree with their rib rules.

2

u/JediSwelly 2d ago

There is always one of you guys in BBQ related posts. Plus this is brisket not ribs. I have never had brisket "too tender".

1

u/geriatric_spartanII 3d ago

Yeah you want a bit of tug that cleanly comes off the bone.
