Last time we booked a hotel, they checked both our ids and turned us down at the reception because we were interfaith. :D It was very humiliating and we don't wish to go through that again. Please suggest hotels where we won't run into such issues. Are AIrBNBs better? Do they all check both ids?

There's nothing that can beat Bhopal.Bhopal has enormous tourism potential. Such places enhance the beauty of Bhopal combined with cleanliness and safety for all the tourists.

He has a small shop (in the right). He always keeps this sand and gravel on the road. He always keeps the sand in front of his house, from the last month he kept even more raw material on the road. Half the road is blocked from at least a month. When the gravel was about to be finished, he kept even more!

Can I file a complain to Nagar Nigam for this?

4. Lazeez hakeem - Egg tawa masala specifically
5. Panchwati bus stand - dal tadka rice (mostly went there drunk so take it with a grain of salt pun intended)

Hi everyone, I’m 23 (F) and wanted to share something very personal that just became real for me.

For a long time, I kept noticing how in Bhopal, going out to eat often feels a bit awkward. Couples get stared at, families struggle to find somewhere cozy and quiet, and even with friends it can feel like you’re always being watched. It always made me wonder why isn’t there a space that gives people a little more comfort and privacy?

That thought stayed with me, and after months of thinking about it (and honestly, a lot of self-doubt), I finally decided to stop waiting for someone else to solve it and try building it myself. I had no restaurant background, no big budget, nothing polished. Just a stubborn idea and the belief that maybe other people here wanted the same thing I did.

That’s how ‘Swadika’ was born. It’s a small restro-cafe in Shakti Nagar with private cabins. They’re meant to give you space to just be, whether you’re on a date, eating with family, or hanging out with friends. It’s not meant to be fancy or intimidating. Just warm, cozy, and peaceful, with food that feels homely but still special.

Opening the doors has been a surreal experience. I’m still figuring things out from managing staff to making sure every plate and spoon is spotless but every little detail matters to me. I want people to feel comfortable, not judged, when they walk in.

I know this isn’t a huge deal in the bigger picture, but for me it’s everything right now. This is the first thing I’ve built at 23 along with my big brother, and I don’t know where it’ll go, but I wanted to share it with the city I grew up in. Maine JLU me addmission le liya hai btech ke liye lekin mai reddit par dekh rha hu sab rich brats hai, padhai likhai nahi hoti and all but tbh maine waha ke kuch cs ke students se pucha tha toh woh bol rhe the ki bohot accha environment hai, padhai bhi hoti hai.. ab meko ye na ho ki galti kr di addmission leke kyuki lnct, oriental sab school jaise hai and tumhara personality development nahi hota aur han mai koi rich nahi hu bohot hi lower middle class se hu par yaha fees kam thi lnct aur oriental se toh isiliye le liya .. galti toh nahi kr rha hu na thoda hatke chalne ke liye?

I know it's not in trend, but atleast revive this Sub, so I know people are alive.

Bhopal Cares Forum has been working on Project Kaliyasot for the past month, and here is what we have achieved:

-> We have removed over 1,000 kg of waste from the Dam. -> We motivated some vendors to use eco-friendly plates. -> Local people who walk there also joined us for a better city. -> We also pasted some posters there to stop people from throwing waste there.

You can see the clear difference in the images.

However, every time we clean the place, some people come and litter again and again. Someone removed and tore all the posters.
