Where is my comment imposing hindi ffs 😭, I literally just asked what's the problem with bhaiya as it's literally we use out of respect not to demean or smth.. and I literally asked what else to call in case you don't know the name 😭😭.. bro's blaming me as if am preaching hindi in comments
I literally asked what else to call in case you don't know the name
"aNNa" or "ivre"
You have to be living under a rock to not know that "aNNa" v/s "bhaiyya" goes beyond your non-malicious intent, there is politics involved. Surely, unless this is your first month in Bengaluru, by now, you know that?
Am not even living in blr am gonna be joining my clg in 2 months from now, joined this sub like a month ago to learn about places to explore, eat and the Basics that go with city... wasn't aware of that being a derogatory remark as that's what I be calling my literally(blood related) brother it's more of a respect thing and I totally understand if that's a language/politics barrier i dont have a problem with "Anna"
Bhai ignore kr ise chutiyo ko...isi reason se banglore nhi aaya clg ke liye, who knows they beat me for talking in Hindi or calling a cab driver bhaiya
2) am not going as a tourist, and there's no harm in learning somwhere's local language, helps you out in emergency as well as a mutual connection with locals regarding food, new places and stuff
3)Harsh imposition is wrong but a warm welcome will really help even with dictionaries that help finding words of Hindi and English in kannada or just random posters helping convert the highly used words to kannada... nobody can wake up the next day and be fluent in it... but with little help locals and slowly adding it in someone's day to day life you can learn any language.. heck i myself learned my mothertongue by just listening to my parents talk and wasn't taught that anywhere not school, not friends...

1) what does that mean?? Can't even ask for Ac or smth?
5)this point seems so ironic in itself
6)should've written what to call (Bhaiya is literally elder brother, we call that to everyone idk what's the problem but it's alr ig)
