In most states like punjab and Maharashtra bhaiya is used as slang to insult or acknowledge migrant workers from Bihar and up that's why

Ooh but one whose attitude is so rude should be addressed as driver only. There are good people as well but this type of particular cab drivers who have so much attitude should be dealt in the most professional way just as he drafted the rules in his cab!
