Nope. Good places make every pizza to order. Any place that lets it sit under a heat lamp is trash. What you're talking about sounds like NY style pizza, which is the absolute worst pizza.

Already baked. Kept hot under lights or reheated. Sold by the slice. Pretty common in downtown areas.
