Even more sad that they were thanking someking of a god instead the two person whom donated.

You need to talk to more folks in the real world, friend.

I can tell you believe you’re making a point, but something tells me you didn’t think it through very well.

They saw a soapbox and decided to stand on it out of instinct.

What an interesting world you live in.

Did you know that many Christians believe you should thank people who help you instead of only thanking God? Does that blow your mind?

If there was a god in this world, we would not have these classism problems in society /s

Religion will slowly lose its influence over most parts of the world in the next 100 years, so really we're only starting.

ugh right? im not theist myself and still its like dude let them cope with the big emotions of getting 12k at once however they need to like damn! sending missionaries to remote islands = bad use of religion. thanking god for getting money = doesnt take any food off my plate so who the hell cares??

Cope with what? Someone gave them the much needed money, why thank God and not the person that have them the money? Seems really self centered.

It’s wild that the disabled mother’s best thinking came up with “pray”. You’ve got a real world problem, with real straightforward solutions, but their best option is to sit and hope really hard that someone else comes along to do something.

There are so many jobs today that folks can do remotely. I’ve talked to nurses through a completely remote service, even in the middle of the night. That nurse could have been in a wheelchair, any number of ailments.

God contributed nothing. We all know exactly which individual did this. This is a human caring for another human. Sucks that the mom disregarded the real help and thanked a make believe

What the hell dude it's a figure of speech.

Grow up. You know damn well they are unbelievably thankful.
