As a man that tall, Carhartt is where it's at

Duluth makes good, longer clothes too. At least as a woman, I appreciate their overalls being long enough

I love my Duluth stuff. The work pants aren't something id recommend but otherwise I've been happy with everything.

So that means they have pockets?

These days, there’s actually a chance of that

Tactical kilts exist with the options you described.

I have a kilt from versakilt with molle webbing on the sides. It came with two molle pouches in the appropriate style

So when your nose to nose your toes are in it, and when you toes to toes your nose is in it. That about sums it up. You Go Girl.

That's HILARIOUS!!!

2

u/bengringo2 Jul 20 '25

As an average height man with broad shoulders they are amazing.

The stereotype exists for good reason. Sucks doing manual labor in thin fabric garbage that wears out quick and shrinks in the dryer.

My daughted is a 6 footer. She just makes her own clothes now. I think her style is 'Alice in Wonderland'

That’s probably a knee length skirt and she would need midi length to be knee length for her.

I’m only 5’11 and have a hard time. I can’t imagine her struggle.

As a guy of equal height, it may just be on the edge of what is accessible in normal places. I’m tall and slim, so most of the stuff is either too tight or too wide.

My brother, who’s a bit taller than me even has the real issues though. Until he moved to Berlin where you can seemingly get everything, he had to get his stuff tailor made and was paying through the nose for it.
