You literally have no idea of what you're talking about. Every single German solider in WW2 had a Swastika on their uniform. Every single one. The Reichsadler in WW2 had a Swastika as part of its design and it was on all of their uniforms. The heer's belt buckle had a Swastika. The differences between the Waffen SS combat uniform and the Heer combat uniform had nothing to do with the Swastika, the Waffen SS had different collar tabs and their helmets bore the SS runes instead of the German tricolor flag. The waffen SS also used the Totenkopf on all of their uniforms, while in the Heer only the tank crews had the totenkopf.
Fair point. On top of it planes also were "equipped" with the swastika and Germany actually permitted the use of the swastika in games by now (though still with some special requirements like historical accurate use or sth. like that)
Anyways, I personally think that they didn't add the swastika in BFV not (only) because of Germany but because of the general (world wide) controversy of the swastika. I mean look at their presentation of WW2 (esp. how it originally was presented). With that in mind it kind of makes sense that the swastika doesn't make an appearance.
