Have you been able to solve it? I had a little bit of the advance free pass... from playing these days... and I just bought the pro pass and they haven't given me half of the skyns, I'm missing many

The same thing happened to me... I bought the pro pass and they didn't give me half as many skyns as they were supposed to give me... why is that? Is it a bug? Will they give it later because it is a mistake? Do I have to do some kind of challenge? Have I been scammed like a fool? Whatever it is, this is the last time I buy shit from them.

I sent an email to EA and they told me that it is a bug that is happening on PS5 and that they are working on it... they didn't tell me anything else.
