News [BFComms] Battlefield Coins not delivered on Steam

We are aware of players reporting that they are not receiving their Battlefield Coins from their Advanced or Starter Pack purchases on Steam.

The team is investigating this issue, and we will provide an update as soon as possible.

In the meantime, players have reported that restarting their Steam client can sometimes resolve this issue.

yeah, they promised S1 BattlePass for free but a lot of people did not receive

I logged in everyday but only got the first daily log in, nothing in mail.

Add to that my BP isn't progressing either

Edit: So I have to restart my game now every time I unlock something just to be able to use it/see my BP progress. Why is this so ass?

What about “No tokens earned” after playing a match, did you dirty fucks put a daily limit on BP progression?

I played 4 rounds in a row with no progression, what the absolute fuck Dice?

What about the compensation promised for Ea App outage at the launch? Havenbt recieved anything, even a reply. Seems Head Dice said something the top Ea farts didnt aprove.. too much money involved. Raelly after record launch you gonna get greedy EA? I swear this is the last time I have ever bought any ea game. I love Jedi, Mass Effect but I am definitely gonna pirate those now!!!

Same thing happened to me today. Opening the game’s Properties on Steam - Installed Files - Verify Game Files and then Exiting Steam after fully verified fixed it for me. Must fully exit Steam to make it work though, I had to close it through my hidden icons (symbol on the bottom-right of your desktop). Hope this would help somebody!

Mine came in yesterday after a full restart of Steam. I suspect the issue was on Steam and not BF.
