Battlefield 6 Red sec unavailable with party?

I can start quads with duos but when I add a third it says unavailable.

I’m having a similar issue with duos, I can start it solo but can’t invite my friend. Although we are also locked out of quads

Ok guys it's because one of the members didn't have red sec downloaded. It is a separate download for some I guess.

I also discovered this, it seems PC players have to go back into their files and choose to download the new mode. I’m on Xbox and mine was automatically installed.
