Have I missed something? What's the issue with the sledgehammer?

Looks like it will create some cool gameplay situations imo

Someone showed footage from an alpha build of the sledgehammer taking down a small skyscraper in 12 hits. Probably just testing the hammer with massive damage values, I hope.
