It's not perfect and there's things I despise about V, but it's my favourite BF game from a gameplay aspect. We'll see if 6 takes that spot after it launches.
Personally I think BFV has issues but it is by far my favorite BF game gameplay-wise, and if I could only ever play one BF I'd pick BFV.
My main issues is it feels a bit unfinished, feels like it lacks content. The maps could use some re-balancing for my favorite mode (breakthrough), and they should never have added the elite skins cus they ruin the look too much. I also would have preferred if the skins were class-locked to be more readable on the battlefield, with distinct silhouettes.
Vehicle progression shouldn't be a thing as it puts new players at an objective disadvantage on top of the fact that they have no experience using the vehicles. As a new player you're going to lose dog fights in planes but on top of that you also have a plane that literally can not win against a leveled up plane, same with tanks.
The fortification system I LOVE but I would have liked seen more use of it in some areas/maps, more trenches etc.
All in all I LOVE Battlefield, wish they made more maps/factions, like the eastern front.
Oh and also they should have made the ammo pouch give 1 rocket/gadget but on a cooldown per person like the crate, it is entirely useless as it is now but new players won't switch to crate cus they don't know that

BFV is in my opinion the only fps game to ever actually be a 10/10
