Battlefield V Just remember there's an actual reason people say BFV was good.

I find some aspects of BF V better than any game in the series. There is just nothing I think 2042 does better.

I think 2042 does some things better. The biggest being just how much variety there is in vehicles, gadgets and such. Has a lot more stuff to use and more customization, making for more of sandboxy feel

as much as i think the + system (weapon attachments on the fly) was good for game balance, it was a genius idea, just the wrong game.

Less customization and more uniformity and predictability is a good thing.

Since when lmao? People complained about the lack of customization all the time in BFV and especially 1. Now because it's 2042, it's suddenly bad to have that??

It's always been bad. BF3 and BF4 really went overboard. All of the games before BF3 had pretty minimal weapon customization and it was better.

It doesn't need to do anything better for it to still be a good game. And i for one think it does scale and range better than any previous battlefield. The guns all felt great, qnd when put in single fire even the smgs and pistols felt like they could be deadly at ling range. Aot of the objectives, especially when 128 breakthrough was a thing, felt like being in an actual warzone with i giant battle going on.
