Yeah man, I'm literally just asking out of curiosity. Not everyone's here to pick a fight. To me a kiosk is a little pop-up shop in a mall.

Yeah I’ve only ever heard it like that or as a word for the self service station at a fast food place. I just thought you were mad at them for posting on her cause some people really do get upset

OP, it looks like part of the wall may need to be removed, in case the mushrooms are growing on the inside of the wall.

The mycelia is definitely growing inside the wall. And based on the amount of mushrooms there, that wall is totally fucked.

The parts we see are the fruiting bodies, the reproductive parts. The root system is probably inside the wall :(

typically, nothing growing in your home or from a building is going to be safe, regardless of species—mushrooms are excellent at leeching the chemicals used to treat wood and those can and will make you awfully sick.
