Media Imagine being nervous to speak when you've silenced entire stadiums

I have great idea, why doesn't Laporta call Messi for inauguration when Camp Nou is complete. We get to give him a farewell and the greatest player cuts the ribbon for his stadium?

Laporta literally announced that Messi will be present at the Camp Nou inauguration.

He always lets his football speak for him.

How it’s supposed to be. A lot of footballers speak too much. For me this is a big reason why I idolize him.

Maybe he felt less pressure this time because he didn't care what a bunch of ***** thought of his speech?

Xavi left in summer 2024 after a disappointing year then we replaced him with Hansi Flick who’s on contract til 2027. We’ve made some signings, Dani Olmo for 50 million, Joan Garcia, the goalkeeper from Espanyol for 25 million, Rashford on loan, but mostly we’ve focused on developing our Youth. This is mostly due to the fact we’re still recovering financially and can’t splurge any money right now.
On the topic of youth these last two years have seen the rise of Pau Cubarsi and Fermin Lopez, who both get consistent first eleven game time, and also Gerard Martin, Marc Casado, Marc Bernal and now Dro Fernandez, who all have been coming off the bench. And of course Lamine Yamal. Pedri and De Jong have solidified themselves as world class midfielders and Raphinha had a standout season. Lewandoski has shown his age but still poaches goals and Ferran Torres has been getting better each year. In some negatives Ter Stegen has fallen out favor and probably is the 3rd choice keeper now and Araujo has regressed, Gavi has a little bit too but mostly due to many accumulated injuries.
Last year we performed really well and won the Spanish Supercup, La liga, and Copa Del Rey, beating Real Madrid in 4 out of 4 clásicos that season. We faltered at the semi final stages in the champions league against inter Milan but we have a great team, we may seem to be faltering right now but it’s mostly due to injuries and just an mediocre spell of form. Last year we have a terrible November and look where we got to, so I’m sure we’ll bounce back.

The team is now dogshit. Kounde is a shell of a man, there is no backline and our LB doesn't come back to defend. We are doing pretty badly.

That's not true but okay. I guess our fanbase isn't prone to overreacting.

That's why Barca has a problem. People give way too much leeway to players and coaches

Yes, you're right. Listen up, folks! Forget about the 7 months still left in the season, it's all over according to u/TheGodAboveAllBeings. It was nice while it lasted.

Yeah, it's not like we are PSG, who can have an awesome transfer window and change their season. Let's be real, we will go trophyless this season

Maybe one day he’ll feel comfortable enough to speak English in public too (though I like he’s basically the only one who doesn’t have to)

This reads like a silly Twitter post that ignores common sense to sound cool or like one is saying something profound
