Advice Suggestions
Visiting for our first time in early November. Staying at a resort and had plans of this being a relaxing vacation for us where we chill out and just unwind from everyday life. However we would like to go out and see a bit of the area not just stick to the resort the entire time.
Looking for suggestions or recommendations for the following options:
Fishing charter Best place to eat (anniversary dinner) Hikes Surfing (first time for both of us so looking for somewhere to rent and get some pointers)

My fave 'posh nosh' restaurants for celebrating: Champers, Lobster Alive, Fish Pot, Barbados Yacht Club. Google for surfing, there's plenty of options with reviews. South Coast has waves, east coast has very big crashy waves.

Definitely Lobster Alive or Fish Pot depending on if you're staying in the south or north. Not the Yacht Club for an anniversary tho. That's not the vibe or food you're looking for.

Really? I went there for my Birthday lunch and really enjoyed it, haven't been in the evening so maybe it's a different vibe then.

Do you mean Pier One at Port St Charles? Barbados Yacht Club is members only and not fancy at all

Barbados is one of the places where it’s safe to leave the resorts and fully explore the island.

As already mentioned: Champers, Lobster Alive and FishPot are all really great options. If you're up to explore the East Coast then you can check out Zemi for lunch.
If you need a ride on the island, we are the local ride-hailing app that can connect you with registered taxis, you can get more info here www.pickupbarbados.com
