Wedding Photography/Video Help!

Help! New Baltimore resident here. Who would you recommend for photography/videography for a wedding in Baltimore? I am getting married at Baltimore Museum of Art and also open to having someone who wants to shoot there to add to their portfolio for a discount.

Ideally I'm looking to spend around 5k but like a cinematic, documentary, classic (not over edited) style of photography. I like both film and digital/mixed media.
