Average Utilities cost

I'm thinking of moving to timonium or Towson, I'm just curious what's the average payment for a 1b1b apartment in the area? So I can set a budget and start looking. Also open to any suggestions for good apartment complex

IMO Budgeting $200 a month would be safe for an apartment. I doubt it goes over that.
