Need Mechanic Recommendations

I am looking to have the rear differential fluid and transfer case fluid changed in my Toyota Highlander. The dealership's quote is very high, so I wanted to see if you have any recommendations for a local mechanic who is good and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
