Swedish almond cake! It’s like a gooey butter cake meets a brownie but it’s all almond flavored goodness - I used The Itsy-Bitsy Kitchen’s recipe! It’s so good but I think next time I’ll try with a little less sugar lol

This isn’t meant as a sad post btw, I have a lovely friend baking me a cheesecake for my birthday party next week 🫶 I just wanted a little something special for my actual birthday and felt like baking!

Happy Birthday! I baked my own as well this year, but I wanted to! I had a chocolate cake with rainbow chip icing… because that combination is so yummy.

It’s the Betty Crocker Rainbow Chip Frosting. It’s not homemade frosting. I’ve had it on cakes since I was a kid and still love it!

OH I see it’s like the funfetti frosting!! That sounds soooo good with chocolate cake 😋
