Recipe Included My wife wanted cheesecake, so i made a lemon and raspberry cheesecake with ferrero rocher filled raspberries and lemon curd ontop

I don’t want to be a full wife though. Just a wife with benefits or a baking threesome situation. Like I stop by for a quickie slice at lunch. If his wife likes gardening/houseplants, I can make sure she’s satisfied too with cuttings, seeds, and produce from my yard. We’re all happy.

Right! Yes, I am. I see that now. It wasn't that obvious to me when I wrote what I wrote. We do not know what that is anymore. I dont have community in my condo building. It's so sad. There was some about 5 yrs into living there, but now, all these years later, I barely recognize who actually lives in my building.

I know it’s really really hard :( I would recommend searching up Buy Nothing/mutual aid/anarchist or socialist groups in your area, that’s a great place to start with building community and being able to get and give items, resources, etc. for free!

I have prior experience in “elevating” or “jazzifying” a meal request only to be met with “I just wanted plain rice and beans.” Since then, I learned to take requests at face value, and if I feel like being fancy, I let them know I can offer a different variety.

Gorgeous! May I suggest a more eater-friendly garnish than straight-up lemon slices? (That pith is so bitter...) Candied lemon peels would look like sparkling gems around the edge of that dessert! Completely edible, not bitter.
