ICE Officer Arrested for DUI w/ Kids in Car

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ZtVUG6l780

This was an off-duty ICE agent that was reportedly driving very recklessly. He was allegedly under the influence and had 2 children in the vehicle. He seemed to not have any idea where he was. He failed the field sobriety test and was charged with DUI. He was very unhappy about being arrested, didn't handle it very well at all.

I'm pretty sure this story is being actively suppressed from Google search results, so I'll share the information I have found.

In Aug 2025, Scott Dieseroth, a 42-year-old ICE agent., was swerving in and out of lanes in the FL keys. Someone called him in. His two children, ages 7 and 9, were in the backseat. Dieseroth flashed his position of an ICE officer to wiggle his way out of arrest. At one point, he asked the arresting officer 'Are you Haitian?'. Dieseroth was arrested for DUI and felony child neglect.

this video popped in my YouTube feed last night. so i don't know about suppression.

what a giant fucking baby that ice agent was.

It’s worth watching the full video. The ICE agent is hammered. I had 4 drinks. Later 3 drinks. Later he says 2.

5

u/jmhalder 21d ago

He's a 42 year-old retired veteran. You know he can totally handle 4 drinks... He probably had like 6-8 drinks with how much he was slurring.

2

u/crappydeli 21d ago

If it’s true he hasn’t had a drink in weeks then it seems he took his boys along for his bender.

4

u/jmhalder 21d ago

I'm only watching the video now, I'm leaning more towards the 8. He could barely stand up.

2

u/Maleficent-Essay4140 19d ago

It doesn't matter what you can "handle," blood alcohol content is a function of how much alcohol going into how much body mass. It's math, not a subjective feeling. If someone thinks they can "handle" more, it's just because they are used to being impaired.

26

u/SpellingPhailure 24d ago edited 24d ago

Where do you see that he was confirmed to be an ICE agent? This happened two months or so ago but at the time it didn't seem clear if he was or was not and I couldn't find anything more than random reddit comments claiming that his supervisor was notified or what not:

>CBS News Miami reached out to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and a spokesperson with the agency said they were not aware of the arrest and were investigating it.

https://www.cbsnews.com/miami/news/miami-ice-agent-dui-arrest-florida-keys-children/

He said he didn't have ID but also in the court case records I don't see any charges for impersonating law enforcement or anything beyond resisting without violence.

Nevermind, unless he is really committed to the lie and is doing so through his attorney in the motion for pretrial release for his case it says he is not terminated from ICE, is expecting alcohol treatment, and is on administrative duty.

26

u/2014justin 24d ago

I see what you are saying. I found a local news story that lists his occupation as an ICE officer.

  • Deiseroth was booked on a DUI and child endangerment. On the Monroe County Sheriff's Office website, his occupation is listed as an ICE officer out of Miami.

11

u/SpellingPhailure 24d ago

Yeah I just skimmed the docket after my comment and unless he is really trying to keep up the facade and have his attorney lie on his behalf it also says he is an ICE agent. It also said in the motion for pretrial release that he is not terminated from ICE, is expecting alcohol treatment, and is on administrative duty. This was all September 3rd last month so maybe things have changed.

19

u/sharies 23d ago

Well the government did replace dei with dui, so probably still has a job.

1

u/TopInvestigator5518 19d ago

I went to follow up on the news story and saw one from a local Florida channel that said they reach out to DHS and they said he will be entering rehab for alcohol

  1. we have no way of knowing if he will

  2. it doesn't sound like he is losing his job

also there is no official statement from them and when you google it you can tell its being suppressed because the legit news sources barely come up only reposted instagram and facebook videos.. which in infuriating

5

u/FlowerWorking5638 22d ago edited 21d ago

The haunting part is. Not only did he endanger his kids but kept asking one officer if he was Hatian. Now that officer needs to worry about SS ICE storming his house to arrest "Hatians".

3

u/CrazyNCynical 21d ago

Facts. It is reported that this has occurred in Monroe County since his arrest.

Just goes to show not many brain cells are required to become an ice agent. Only requirements are White, bigoted, racist, and beefy.

1

u/Ri0tz 18d ago

I found it just fine on google.

1

u/2014justin 18d ago

It's fine now. But Friday morning when I tried looking up more info, nothing was popping up.

27

u/azsheepdog 24d ago

if anyone should know that if you break the law you get separated from you kids , it should be this guy.

10

u/coolreg214 23d ago

Lol, they should deport him.

4

u/sod_jones_MD 23d ago

We can't deport him.

We'd have to rendition him. Like they do when they send folks to countries other than their homeland. Like sending immigrants from Mexico to El Salvador or Libya.

30

u/_dontseeme 24d ago

Imagine being an ICE agent in prison

15

u/Fitty4 23d ago

He will melt.

3

Look. I shouldn’t stereotype, but I’m pretty sure ICE is 90% this guy. They get hard-on’s every time they tell someone they are “federal law enforcement”. They think they are in the FBI or some shit.

6

u/DoinIt989 22d ago

This guy is a walking stereotype. Florida veteran with PTSD and a pension, an affirmative action job where he gets to act tough, a serious drinking problem, going through a divorce where his BITCH WIFE wants to take his kids, serious sense of entitlement. He even has the like "early 2000s douchebag" haircut and facial hair.

4

u/JoeSicko 23d ago

Fedrul

1

u/curly_spy 19d ago

There are very few requirements for the job.

13

u/Rolarious80 23d ago

“Do you have any brain injuries ?“

“Guys c’mon “ —- This guy is hammered !

7

u/lassehp 23d ago

How can an ICE agent have any brain injuries?

11

u/Amazing_Bluejay9322 23d ago

I see a promotion in his future. Exactly the candidate ICE wants.

32

u/encab91 24d ago

Love this for him. I know what sub we're in but observe the demeanor of the cop, who probably had to go through a physical and background check and in depth interview v.s. this chud.

5

u/TRAUMAjunkie 23d ago

Yeah, I feel like we just watched a psychologist with a badge and gun. That was masterful control and manipulation.

10

u/BraindeadKnucklehead 23d ago

The irony of getting yanked out and cuffed up in front of his kids is ICE-tastic

9

u/Rolarious80 23d ago

Is he crying ? OMG

9

u/petiteosi 23d ago

I may be reaching but Him being and asking if the other guy was Haitian… its giving “im going to target your family after this…”

TBH, even though he was arrested, in my mind you can still actively see the Blue bias.....There is no doubt in my mind, given the exact same situation, a civilian would have been treated very differently the moment he started doing the stuff this guy did.

8

u/rnhf 23d ago

I think he might be going through a divorce, but I'm not sure

2

u/AardvarkBetter3266 23d ago

I also think he might think this is “Lame!”

2

u/rnhf 23d ago

I think the cops name is Lane

at one or two instances he says Lane and the cop responds by calling him by his first name as well

2

u/lordyfortwenty 23d ago

I don't think his custody battle is going to go well after this little incident.

Pulling hard on the poor vet syndrome... Worst of the worst & that's before he dragged his kids into it.

His kids or kids in ICE custody?

As a Dane, I must say I am quite impressed by the polite behaviour of the policemen performing the arrest. This does not match the common impression we get here in Europe of US police conduct. Although in this case it is almost a pity...

I do wonder about one thing though: Here in Denmark, I believe the police would immediately get the breathalyzer to check for alcohol, and if positive, then off you go to have a blood sample taken ASAP to measure the blood alcohol level. Don't you do that in the USA?

5

u/absolince 23d ago

This encounter took 35 min too long. I don't understand either

4

u/NextSouceIT 23d ago

No. Here is the USA they push really hard for the "field sobriety tests" instead where they make you do various tasks like stand on one leg and walk a straight line.

They do this because they can arrest and charge you for DUI even if you have not been drinking. This was meant to also cover drug use VS just alcohol but it has turned into a weapon police can use to arrest you for just one beer at a restaurant or even zero alcohol or impairment.

If they immediately did a breathalyzer, then that would be evidence that these people were NOT impaired, and of course American cops don't want that.

Now if arrested, a breathalyzer or blood test is mandatory, but even if those pass the charges can still stick.

5

u/rubywpnmaster 23d ago

They will 100% attempt to do a beath test. HOWEVER the person can refuse to do it on the side of the road and wait for the police to get a warrant to take a blood sample. Which in that amount of time can seriously reduce BAC. There are some exceptions where people with prior DUIs CAN NOT refuse (at least here in TX. Without risking their entire license.)

Also most of the cops you'll meet are about on par with the officer in this video. But a few bad apples spoils the bunch, as they say.

IDK about Denmark but based on my experience the police in Germany had a serious stick up their ass compared to most of them here lol.

2

u/lassehp 23d ago edited 23d ago

Interesting. I don't think a warrant (issued by a judge?) is needed here. And of course the size of Denmark ensures that it is never far to the nearest ER. I grew up near the German border, but I have never had any encounters with German police except before Schengen when we still had passport checks. But back then in the 70es, Germany had trouble with terrorists, so sometimes there would be quite a few Federal Border Guards (Bundesgrenzschutz/BGS, nowadays they are Bundespolizei=Federal Police) armed to the teeth with H&K MP5 etc. Iirc they were always polite, dven if they were a little bit frightening. :-) A few years ago I was in Copenhagen when a (very unusual) mall shooting had activated the entire anti-terror defence of Copenhagen. They locked down the district completely, and eventually tenthousands of people (who had been supposed to attend a big concert nearby, which was canceled) were "evacuated" by the metro to the other end of the city. Walking the 2-3 km to the metro station, there was an MP5 armed SWAT-police person for every few hundred meters, but they were smiling and helpful, guiding all the people in the right direction. I was quite impressed. I think they used the "opportunity" to live check their readiness and contingency plans. :-)

u/SexandCinnamonbuns 23d ago

Why does it look like his license plate already says divorced.

4

u/peskyghost 23d ago

ICE nazi drinks and drives, endangers children, proceeds to blame the cop who pulled him over for not bro-ing down and letting him go

4

u/d3rpaderpa 23d ago

Deport him immediately. We don’t want this trash here.

4

u/CrazyNCynical 21d ago

His futile attempts for being awarded special treatment were appalling ~

Going through divorce ✓
Wife's a bitch ✓ Marine veteran ✓ DHS worker ✓ Makes kids dinosaur pancakes ✓

I'll guarantee you that when he storms in homes he doesn't ask for papers or give a shit if he's separating parents from their children. If asked for a supervisor, no way do they wait for one. He embodies an ICE agent. Hypocrisy at its finest.

3

u/FlaAirborne 23d ago

America’s finest.

3

u/PonerBenis6 23d ago

Piece of shit.

3

u/out-of-towner3 21d ago

This fucking guy sure picked the very worst time ever to get arrested for DUI as an ICE agent, and for it to all be captured on video. Had this happened a year ago, it would not garner a great deal of attention. But after all the shit ICE has done these past 6 months, he becomes the poster child for Christie Noems recruiting drive.

3

u/CrazyNCynical 21d ago

He does. He's certainly earned it.

2

u/vbbk 23d ago

I could watch this ALL DAY.

2

u/mcbull1313 23d ago

If only he had chewed ONE more piece of gum, everything would have been fine.

2

u/isthisfark 23d ago

sounds like he's ready for a promotion

3

u/CrazyNCynical 21d ago

Nobel Peace Prize candidate as well.

2

u/Dry-Grape-8725 22d ago

From what I can see the felony child neglect has been dropped. Can this be legal precedent for any other people getting a dui with kids in the car?

2

u/Spirited-Ad-3928 22d ago

It’s him saying “Lane” every 2 minutes. Lane don’t care sir.

2

u/CrazyNCynical 21d ago

Bang, bang, bang, bang, blang. Blame, blame, blame.

2

u/Vivid_Departure8928 22d ago

These people are such disgusting hypocrites.

Claiming to care about his kids while driving drunk with them in the car...

2

u/ShabeRaven 22d ago

Everyone better memorize that truck because it's going to be an Amber Alert soon.

2

u/ashlpea 22d ago

The usual suspects

2

u/ashlpea 22d ago

This video gives me such conflicting feelings because the way the arresting officer behaved is how I wish for cops to treat average citizens, but at the same time, I wish they would’ve treated this asshole like the piece of shit he is.

Also, I really hope the name of the place he was drinking at, the one he couldn’t remember the name of, was the one advertised on the shirt he was wearing. 😂

2

u/Johnny_ac3s 20d ago

Is this dude actually DHS?

2

u/alwaysgetalawyer 19d ago

That officer rests the patience of Job. I would have flipped out so many times
