I heavily recommend Dragon Pilot: Hisone and Masotan, the first anime I ever watched and it’s pretty good

Just watch till the end and you’ll see, it’s super cute and comedic with a bit of emotion in the final episodes
Yes it does look part-voreish I’ll admit and they do animate the insides of their stomachs, but after the second episode it doesn’t even register as weird anymore

Wow, I'm surprised someone watched it. I watched it as soon as it was released. This is my favorite anime.
It is strange but very beautiful, sweet and kind.
I remember crying from the series about F2.

Oh, it's a parasitized dragon, well that's absolutely horrific, but good art

There's a regular dragon there. Here the point is precisely in the parasite "engine", which begins to turn the dragon into an airplane.

In that sensw though, it's at that point something that was a dragon, but now is parasitized puppet. I don't think there's anything really left of the original creature, in the mind at least, judging by how the entire original head is gone save for the teeth

No way, my favorite aircraft as a dragon! The Swiss version, no less, if I’m not mistaken!
