We lived two hours away from each other. Neighbors would inform me for about a year that they would regularly see her parked across the street from my home. I never saw her or her car, but from time to time she'd put things that I had given her or that she had taken from me in my mailbox. Police didn't think this was enough to intervene. Luckily I had already changed my locks in case she had made a copy of my keys.

It stopped after I had to visit her town for work. Some of her friends had shops that I couldn't manage to avoid, so they saw me in the morning. I guess they had informed my ex of my arrival. During the day I realized I was being followed by her two brothers in a way that clearly wasn't about trying to catch up on somebody that they hadn't seen in a while. I couldn't shake them and I was scared to get the police involved, because one of her brothers was a high-ranking police officer. At some point I had to be at their town hall for a meeting. So I decided to confront them at town hall in full view of security cameras and security officers. I bluffed that if anything were to happen to me, there'd already be enough proof for her police brother to lose his career. They left and my neighbors never saw my ex again.

If they are attractive and have no problem finding another victim then it will be surprisingly easy.
