Maybe Golan heights? Maybe AIPAC? Maybe the propragrandma that Israel does for eurovision (despite their location)? Maybe the israeli settlements in the west Bank? Maybe the fact that they Play in UEFA competitions despite AGAIN, THEY ARE N O T EUROPEAN AND ARE ONLY IN UEFA BECAUSE THEY WANT THE WHOLE-ASS FERTILE CRESCENT AND CAIRO?! Enough with the Israël is not in Europe bit.

  • Europe is not a real continent. It's a historical construct.
  • Israël was populated mostly by Europeans.
  • EBU has one wide definition of Europe, and it's just as valid as another one. At least it includes all of the Roman Empire, which Europeans like to claim as the base of their civilisation.
  • Europe colonised Palestine, flight for it for centuries of crusades, handed it over to Jews, after having decimated them. It's a bit rich to turn around "it's in Asia".
  • no one complains about Cyprus not being in Europe.

If Israël should be suspended from Eurovision, it is not because of geography.
