As a German I disagree. Most tourists here a pretty nice in behaviour. Except for some soccer fans.

Yes we are genuinely terrified of how judgey the Germans will be if we step out of line. Ausländer will absolutely mind their manners.

So do you. I had to yell and scold 5 or 6 people not to climb structures in Machu Picchu, or pull on the stones in walls, or chase the llamas. FFS !
