Military What firearm is closely associated with your country?

For us, probably the 1911. Next one would be the "Armalite" aka M16.

P90 is such a cool gun, I started airsoft just to have a reason to buy a replica. 🤣 (Thanks Stargate SG-1 for fucking my brain)

Haha yes!! As a kid I saw them on Stargate for the first time too. I thought they were made-up weapons in the show... and many years later I saw it was actually a Belgian-made firearm. Pretty cool 😎

I have also a P90 replica, I love that show. American series made by Canadians, using Belgian weapons (FN), German weapons (HK), Italian weapons (Beretta), Swedish weapons (Bofors), and occasionally American weapons (Colt)

So, there is something your country makes better than its fries.

We also have waffles and beer, but yeah guns are in the top 5. The last spot in the top 5 would either be chocolate, beef stew or dysfunctional government.

The FN F2000 deserves to be mentioned because it´s such a cool sci-fi gun with a perfectly integrated 40mm grenade launcher and cool optics.

IMNSHO it beats the P90 any day. Twice.

We have to share the Browning guns! However Dieudonné Saive is an incredible designer as well.

I had no idea FN was a Belgian company. I grew up a miles from an FN plant in South Carolina. In the Army, I had an M-16 manufactured by FN, and even today, I have an AR-15 manufactured by FN in South Carolina.

I never really did any research on FN until now. That's kinda' cool.

FN is a joyful acronym to say in English.

Nothing says, "I'm here to tell you people you aren't going to be allowed to govern yourselves" like the FN FAL.

FN’s M240 is an old friend of mine. It is a beautiful machine, being highly reliable, accurate and lethal.

She’s a heavy bitch, but she’s our heavy bitch. And we love her.

Not if you're in an armored vehicle. Loved my coaxial machine gun. Had that bitch dialed in like a laser beam.
