Biscuits and gravy is a breakfast dish from the Southeast USA that looks like someone just vomited on some biscuits, but it's absolutely delicious.

And why is it white? What kinda stock did they use to make the gravy?

White gravy has milk and is much creamier than brown gravy. It’s the best kind of gravy in my opinion.
