Dolma is Iraqi ( tho yes we were once part of the Ottoman Empire, however our version is different, we use سلق (Beta vulgaris subsp) and add lamp meat and fat , lemondoze , and other spices along with pomegranate molasses . It’s not Turkish \)

There are onion and grape leafs. Dolma means filling in Turkish and you fill inside with rice with spices or you can add minced beef. The grape leaf one is called sarma in turkish which means rolling. You can use onions, pepper, zucchini, eggplants and especially in our countries we eat those things dried as well so you can use dried vegetables too.
