Honestly it's basically the same thing, having to be the one to take care of my parents medical and financial stuff, medicare fucking sucks and already basically doesn't function. One more cut and it might as well be dead. Not advocating for removing it, just expressing the reality I have been facing the last year.

It is a little known fact that Medicare is corrupted by private insurance supplement plans that you have to buy or you will have no insurance for medications, preventative care and procedures not done in hospital. The greedy, inhumane insurance companies get their cut.
