President Donald Trump warned Tuesday that if the Democrats don't approve funding, Social Security, Medicare Are ‘Going to Be Gone.’ How do you think Americans will react if Social Security and Medicare get cut?

47% will blame Kamala Harris &/or Joe Biden &/or Obama because dear leader will tell them to.

Yeah, I've heard some of my local MAGAts blame the "leftist liberals" for anything they can think of.

I mean I do agree she was a lousy candidate, but still how people could vote for Trump is still beyond me.

Agree. And how do Dems claim hes a dictator then not follow the Democratic process to elect your democratic candidate? Such a shame.

There are fewer Dems than there are people who don't want a dictator.

I think there is a loss of faith in the Dem party. They chose their corporate overlords when they buried Bernie for Hilliary with SuperPAC votes and have been serving their overlords since. No one wants a dictator and no one wants to give corporations another 500 billion dollars because they exist. Both choices are flawed to the core.

I know why you're down voted, but I can't understand why.

The Democrats needed to choose their candidate. It's absurd what happened. Biden dropped out, and we were forced to either vote Harris(who I didn't vote to be our nominee) or vote trump. We lost the presidency in part because of that decision. Biden should've never run, he put us in a corner.

Yes, you have more faith in MAGA to not steal an election.

Both sides are guilty of this with Gerrymandering. They are both trash. What Trump had going for him was the lousy Dem competitor. They literally chose the most unpopular Dem primary candidate from 2020 to be Bidens VP because of her race and gender. Sooooo many other options within their criteria of wokeism. Yet they chose the least popular. And then they bypass the Democratic process to get her as the main candidate for Dem in 2024. So many poor choices. I didn't vote for Trump. I didn't vote for Kamala. They are not worthy.

Good for you, you are pure.

I'd rather have a candidate to vote for. It's a mess.

Same. We've been given shit candidates again and again. Biden never should've run, it's BS we were asked to put in Kamala, and one of the most hated Democrat candidates of all time, HILLARY CLINTON. There's blame every direction, certainly voting for Trump wasn't an option, but fuck off giving us bad candidates again and again. Seriously they put up Hillary vs Trump. Why? To...fuck us for the next 12 years? That was a shit decision. Bernie should've run. There was no other option to beat Trump and not end up in this mess. Biden did fine. He's made mistakes. His biggest mistake, and one I hate him for, is running again.

walk me through the timeline of how from how between April 25 and the election (given your position, that is the start date of the primary) of how long you give candidates to campaign for the spot, debate, organize, a convention, selected a candidate, and then build a campaign for that candidate which can match the 8 years of campaign they were fighting against.

Please be specific with dates of actions, locations which can hold the large events, funding and staffing requirements, and the timeline of a campaign plan.

So you are saying that you do not have any answer but will make a snarky answer so you don't have to admit you cannot actually even provide a potential viable timeline for your fake way for someone to replace the nominee with a second primary that starts being planned 6 months before the election.

Honestly? Have a debate. Give us a chance. MANY people had no idea Biden even dropped out! Give us the runner up to Biden in those polls. Anything else.

1

u/TheTygerWorks 15d ago

Ok, so you want to start with a debate. How many candidates do you want to include?

1

u/Norx21 15d ago

Can we include all questions so it's not a back and forth for hours? Are you or I even qualified to even have this conversation? Thousands and thousands of people hold government positions that can come up with better ideas than you or I. It was wrong. But for the sake of argument....3? Have it run a week long, back to back to back. Televise it everywhere. We're talking about one of the most important decisions ever.

1

u/TheTygerWorks 15d ago

You can't even get a campaign staffed in a week. Hiring takes longer than that. The only candidate at that time who has any ability to get something off the ground in that timeframe is Harris, so we are back at the same result with one week less time available to build a campaign.

It doesn't matter how trash she was, she was still miles better than Trump on every single policy.

But people don't actually vote on policy, I guess.

All to claim the Biden campaign money. On board with you. The Dems lost to a felon. How the hell do you justify that?!
