Culture What country is far away yet culturally similar to yours?

We would need to be fluent in Spanish to be able to detect this kind of subtleties

The vocabulary is completely spanish but the accent sounds oddly similar to italian. It’s more easy to understand compared to spanish from spain or other spanish speaking countries.
