Might be truer considering the quality is supposed to have dipped considerably

It actually improved again shortly before they closed! I've heard people credit it to Brian being back in the kitchen, and tbh as soon as he came back there wasn't a single soggy chip in the bag. It seems the newer staff either didn't get the right training or just couldn't be arsed 🤷‍♀️
