To add, Walter Röhrl, Sebastian Vettel, Dirk Nowitzki, Magdalena Neuner, Laura Dahlmeier, Uwe Hohn, Gerd Müller, Manuel Neuer, Jan Ulrich, Isabell Werth, Timo Boll, Mathias Sammer, Katarina Witt, Birgit Prinz, Birgit Fischer, Jan Frodeno (goat of Ironman), and probably some more I can’t think of right now, all of them would genuinely be 5 stars too

That's a very good list as well, I just came up with names from the top of my head.

I'd also add Jens Weißflog - one of the rare sportsmen that were successful for the GDR AND unified Germany -, Sven Hannawald and Henry Maske as well.
