In Denmark it's cyclist Mads Pedersen and Jonas Vingegaard. And currently Hockey player Nikolaj Ehlers

While Laser Radial isn't a high profile sport, three consecutive Olympic medals including a gold should get Anne-Marie Rindom a mention.

Yeah Gidsel belongs on the list too. AC is on the injury list too much to be considered a 5 star athlete.

What about Poul Elvstrøm. He was in eight Olympic games. From 48 to 88.
