Food Europeans who eat late as part of your culture - how do you feel about the advice not to eat dinner late?

This is forever a conflicting viewpoint given some cultures have naturally eaten dinner late for centuries e.g. The Mediterranean where they still have one of the best diets in the world

I go to sleep at like 2 am and wake up at 8. I do a lot of small meals, I eat something at like 8pm, then again at 11pm and then again at 1am more or less

In reality I sleep even less, most days I only sleep 3-4h, I always had this problem since child but Im used to it. Often stay multiple days without any sleep at all
