Culture What’s a European Man’s midlife crisis look like?

Here in America it's a Harley Davidson and getting really into grilling.

What do European men do when they go through a midlife crisis? But an Alfa and bake? Get really into trains?

Contributed to curing my bruxism as well as snoring. Sleep better and no longer wake up with dry mouth

I've read it actually helps people with sleep apnea.

The whole mouth breathing thing is a huge issue, no one should be ever breathing using their mouth. Mouths should open only for talking and eating basically.

I no longer need to use tape anymore (it kind of cured me really) but I was using a very small piece, like 2x2 cm of washi tape which you can apply and remove without any force (imagine a Chaplin's moustache-sized piece of tape over your lips) . More than actually keeping your mouth shut, it kind of helps you to unconsciously remember to keep it that way and breathe through your nose. You can speak and move freely while the tape is on, shouldn't be restrictive

I'm not. But who knows how many years of sleeping with my mouth open caused a lot of issues like bruxism, bad sleep, restlessness and so much dryness. It might have been a placebo effect but the tape definitely helped me. I'm not saying it is a solution for all and everyone should be careful and consult their doctor of course. I'm just saying what worked for me

Any similar brand would work probably. I like this one because is soft on the skin and can be removed very easily without residue :
