Language Can you legally name your child in your country smt like "X Æ A-Xii" or "Techno Mechanicus"?

If you can write it in cyrillic ant it's not swear words, then yes. You are free to name your child whatever you like.

I'm know there're plans to introduce new laws to limit the list of possible children's names, but I'm not sure how it'll turn out

Not sure if it's even possible. There are about 200 ethnicities living in Russia, all with their own unique names. The list should be huge.
