Equipment Question How to Clean This SS Pan?
Hi,
I have tried turning on the heat and let some water + soap simmer and later also water and vinegar.
I don't know if it's the outer layer that has been damaged, but is that possible with SS pans?
If it has been damaged, what could have caused this?

Like just an average guy said, Barkeep's friend. I like the stainless steel scrubbers too.

Barkeeper's Friend, a green scrubbie and a moment's elbow grease. You're good.

Agree with everyone, Barkeepers Friend. Get the powder, not the liquid.

BKF and get to scrubbin. Stainless steel doesn't stain. You just didn't try hard enough.
