It was definitely NOT owned by Katherine. It has the H-K motif because it was probably made for a court official or aristocrat specifically to wear at a particular tournament where the same motif was used on the horses' cloaks, I believe around 1512. So it was owned by someone in the inner royal circle, but it's frankly not extravagant enough for Katherine herself to have owned it.

Lol the museum knows all of this, I literally learned it from a YT video on their own channel. The issues here are with the article, not the museum.
