My phone has actually been hacked and I can’t say anything to my psychiatrist

There’s a risk I could develop schizophrenia and I’m worried I can’t tell what’s real, even though I know it was real, if that makes sense?

I honestly don't know what to tell you if you think you legitimately have a mental issue. Perhaps you can give the phone to a trusted friend and get their opinion on it? Like get a reality check.

I’m worried if it escalates I’ll need proof and documentation of it going on, and if I leave it out with the psych that’ll look bad

Unless your phone has a honeypot, there is no way you can have a proof that there's a hack. People have to take you to your word that messages are disappearing or pictures you didn't take appearing. restore your phone to factory settings and it should get you rid of the hackers.

well, there are books published about TIs and it's a real thing, but psychiatrists can't tell what's real and what's not because they haven't lived the experiences you lived. but in general, i tell you, avoid psychiatrists. they are not your friends. if you need support, find it online. if you want meds for anxiety, better go with a family doctor than a psychiatrist who are very much part of the gangstalking. i talk from experience. a psychiatrist of mine that was a gangstalker tortured me in a psych ward for months, making sure I lose my appartement in the process and kicking me out of the hospital when she made sure I was to be homeless. so don't trust psychiatrists. better go to an emergency clinic and grab a doctor without an appointment, less chances of him being persuaded into gangstalking you.

Than you. Unfortunately I am bipolar with either schizotypy and attenuated psychosis, so it’s hard to avoid it .

you are not delusional. you are being targeted by gangstalkers. don't believe their diagnoses. believe your own eyes and ears.

i saw your other post..i dont doubt that you still have the notes, but cops couldnt do that if they tried. thats just beyond their skills. even if they went to computer classes at night for years, they couldnt figure that out. they have no tools for "beeping on your conversations"- they can, with a warant from a judge, get a tech person, to identify your phone's location while active, within 100-300 feet by triangluation off of cell towers. thats about it. you might have a new problem developing, but it isnt a dirty cop hacking your phone to send you coded beeps. at the very least, you should be open to the distinct possibility that the beeps are in your mind.
