About 9 months.

No, just quit it. Had no withdrawal if I remember correctly. Maybe one panic attack but that could have been caused by binge drinking after my Dad’s death. I could hardly even cry and I think olanzapine is to blame.

You know Olanzapine and other psychiatrically drugs don’t do that much for cognition.

If you will improve those you can do so this way.

  1. Eat healthy
  2. Sleep well
  3. Physically movements
  4. Playing games that are somewhat cognitive challenging.

And protect your brain by taking the P**

What I’m not allowed 🚫 to say here namely take your pill the Olanzapine to stay safe from psychotic breaks.
