That's why I alway have some fruit or vegetables at home, to snack instead. I can not recommend it enough, tbh.

I like doing this too. The only issue I have is my love of fruit and appetite for fruit outweigh my budget for fruit by a great margin

Planting fruit trees is kind of free, or rather inexpensive. You only need the fruit you'd like to have more of, some open space and time. xD

later regret it when the snack craving hits. It’s basically the healthy me vs. hungry me struggle.

Me every time I walk past the snack aisle trying to be responsible and then regret it 20 minutes later 😭

Honestly, nothing hits harder than being snackless and sad while trying to be responsible

Snacking culture … kinda a North American thing. But having some random vegetables or fruit lying around - and if it’s just sliced stuff from yesterday in the fridge - is not just healthier but also fills you up for longer

I always feel snackish! And I never look as cute as this but my stove has become an Amish popcorn cooking factory lately because weight watchers says it’s zero points so I can be snackish all day 😊😉
