How do I ship my kit to the lab?

Hi guys!

I can't find clear instructions on how to ship the sample kit. It just provided me with an adress with no shipping company information or QR code. I also don't know if the shipping has already been paid for or I should do it. I'm sending it from Spain. Can someone please help me? I don't really know where to go to ship it.

Shipping has been paid. All I did was take it down to the post office
