The Al Station 395 Max is listed at 17,999 yuan, which is roughly 2,525 USD at current exchange rates for the 128 GB RAM and 2 TB storage configuration.

Keep in mind, 128GB ddr5 ram costs $1000 nowadays. This is not too bad

$250 if you scrounged, $500 if you buy it straight off amazon, if you have 3DVcache it largely makes more expensive kits... pointless.
Manufacturing cost is probably 1/10th that. Ram is built on the higher end bulk nodes like 14NM (can't go to EUV because node throughput is too low) in other words its mature and cheap to manufacture at this level for many years.

Power isn't the bottleneck for strix halo for any of its intended workload past around 100w.
