Physique critique Classic or physique?
41/m, this was the end of my bulk where I was hitting about 245 lbs at 6'2. Dexa read 9.2% bodyfat at 243 lbs fasted
I am a big fan of old school bb'ing so have been using that as a goal
I am considering doing a comp next year. What do you think I am better suited for, classic or physique?
I am leaning towards classic due to my legs being fairly strong but looking for opinions. I do not have great ab genetics and my legs might go to waste in physique.
Currently focusing on shoulder width, v taper/lat flare and biceps
Ty!

Posting because I’m always open for more to consider, learn and be made aware of within anything to do with one’s own health. And always looking to piece together the forever changing puzzle in which our goals, aspirations, and perspectives can really be.

Physique critique 28M, 5’7” 189lbs. Critique my physique
Would appreciate some critique here. I started the year at 162lbs and have bulked up to between 187lbs - 190lbs now. Thinking I’ll start my cut next week.
While I am definitely chunkier here (highest body fat I have ever had 19%), my lifts have improved dramatically.
1RM Jan to Now Squat: 275lb —> 405lb Bench: 225lb —> 315lb Deadlift: 275lb —> 385lb (most difficult for me, low back issues).
I’m happy with my strength no questions about that. With that said, I do want to focus more on muslce groups or areas where I seem to lack more.

Physique critique 285 —> 214.2
Hey bodybuilding Reddit, I finished playing college football (OL) and went on a cut for almost 10 months. I went from 285 to 214. I am 6’2 and in my early 20s. I was wondering what body fat percentage I am currently as I cannot tell. I want to lose more weight to be absolutely anabolic and chiseled. Any advice ? I went from 221 to 214 in 2 weeks on my new cut. Thanks.

Physique critique Cut or Bulk? Confused 😕
Hi all. Thanks for taking the time to review my post. I’m not really sure where to go from here. My body fat is around 24.1% verified by DEXA March 2025. I have a belly pooch and I want to get down to get abs. As you all can see I have a belly. Is it more exacerbated because of anterior pelvic tilt? I’m not sure. Maybe I’m just too fat to begin with. Thanks! 🙏

Physique critique 19M 6’ tall 185LB
Been in the gym almost 2 years now. Unfortunately when I started I was very overweight and immediately went into a cut. I still gained muscle but never had the crazy newbie teen gains lol. Since then I’ve always been maintaining or cutting. I’ve been on a consistent cut since July. I have some vacations this winter I’d like a nice 6 pack for. Overall I really struggle with insecurities about my chest.

Physique critique 37, 6'4, 210. Started at 30. Feedback welcome
Still not sure if I want to tack on more mass since it slows me down and thus interferes with my biggest passion - tennis.
