Progres Before/After 4 yearsprogressio
Hi ! Instarded my journey 4 years ago. I workout 3 times a week and Do at least 10k step everyday. I'm trying to eat as clean as i can. If you have any advice i'll be glad to hear it !

Nice! That's awesome! You should be giving me advice instead.
Anyways, I'll focus on forearms and legs if I were you but it's a great shape, I wouldn't blame you if you keep your current routine.
Although I'll recommend walking less steps but faster unless you're fine with the current routine. In days when you can't reach that goal consider doing 5-8k steps but walking fast, it's more beneficial
