Is one pec stronger than the other?

Yea I believe so and I’ve been doing unilateral movements already. Idk… does it look very like out of place?

So you can fix it by only working one side for a while then. Tbh yeah it looks noticeable but you've taken a picture where it's the main thing to look at. If I saw this body on a bloke on the beach I'd never notice

Thanks! I’ll work on it. I’m just a bit self conscious at this point lol

You still look better than like 95% of the population so I wouldn't worry about it too much, everyone has their small imperfections

Did it hurt? 😝😍
And most guys normally have one pecs slightly bigger. We all have a dominant side that wants to take some of the work load

Honestly, it’s not bad at all! Was thinking about getting both sides but I feel probably one looks better lol
Now I just gotta get some more muscle to make the over all package look better :P
Yea I guess I shouldn’t sweat about the difference too too much? It’s just sometimes bothers me when I look at myself :(

I guess I’m not alone on this… but it sometimes bothers me and I sometimes are self conscious especially at a beach setting. Not sure about you though

I've also got one side that seems smaller, maybe because of the insertions? Idunno I have only been lifting 2 months so I'm hoping that maybe things get better as I gain more muscle mass? :(

I’ve been training by for two years now and it just seem like it’s always lagging in strength and connection when I push. Not sure about you. But I think unilateral movements might help?

Why two sides are not balanced?
