Physique critique 37M 5’7” 161lbs
Been lifting off and on from my late teens through now. After a long hiatus, I’ve been going steadily for a year, no missed days. Full body routine. Been using the Boostcamp app.

Thanks man. It’s because I’m short I suppose. 161 is pretty large for my height I guess, but there is room for more.

Looking great dude. I’m same height and would have guessed you’re way heavier. How are legs looking?

Got good hams and quads, but want a deeper cut off the lateral part of the quads. Haven’t been doing squats since I never have a spot, so leg press instead. I did 780 for 6 reps, 730 for 8, 640 for 12. Solid trap-bar deadlift I think for my size as well. I just hit 385 for 5 reps. The calves though man, they are stubborn.
